Cancellation

Cancelations or reschedules made less than 48 hours in advance are subject to a fee of 50% the original service price to be paid at the next appointment. Emergencies are of course an exception.

Running late

If you are running late, please let me know. I have a 15-minute grace period. Anything after 15 minutes I will most likely reschedule your appointment for another day. A charge of 50% the original service price will be added to your next appointment. If this happens repeatedly, I will require deposits (nonrefundable, will go towards payment of service received.) for all future appointments.

No call no show

No call no shows are not tolerated. A charge of 75% the original missed appointment must be paid before future scheduling. A 50% deposit (nonrefundable, will go towards payment of service received.) will be required for all future appointments after a no call no show. After 2 no call no shows I will no longer service you.

*If you are receiving a hair chemical service, please do not wear your “nicest most prized” shirt. I am not responsible of any clothing being altered by hair color.
